Job Summary
Prepare, verify, and execute invoicing via electronic processing and reporting for an assigned portfolio of accounts. Balance and maintain client relationships while reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies. Keep abreast of contract progression concerning invoicing units and interact closely with the Revenue team to ensure timely billing. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel approximately 5%. You will contribute to contract management activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively within ICON's global healthcare intelligence organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in contract analysis, finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
- Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based
