Job Summary
Site Contract Associate at Parexel, a global CRO, responsible for negotiating, finalizing, and executing site contracts for site activation, including budget negotiations, and managing amendments post-activation. Drafts and negotiates various agreements (clinical study, service, team member), ensures regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP, laws), and serves as a liaison between site contract staff and stakeholders. Requires experience in legal contracts or project finance, strong negotiation and analytical skills, attention to detail, independent work in a virtual, global team, and a university degree in Law or Translation. Role is home-based in Argentina or Mexico, with English proficiency and budget/Excel skills essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in site contracting or related field within Clinical Research Organization (CRO)
- Experience in legal contracts or project finance, ideally within clinical trials
- Strong negotiation, diplomacy, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business, or related field, or equivalent training/industry experience
- Fluency in English; Portuguese beneficial
