Site Construction Superintendent (Oil, Gas & Water)

Lead, coordinate, and supervise all site construction activities for oil & gas facilities, pipelines, water treatment systems, and civil works within the Majnoon Oil Field. Direct multi-disciplinary teams including civil, mechanical, piping, and electrical crews while managing work fronts, manpower, and equipment to maintain progress. Enforce KBR HSSE policies, conduct hazard identification, and ensure all permits to work are properly controlled. Review engineering drawings, resolve technical queries, and validate subcontractor work for invoicing. Track daily progress, prepare site reports, and coordinate with planning and logistics to maintain accurate schedules. Oversee hydrotesting, flushing, and commissioning support to ensure timely handover.
