Job Summary
Complete lease packets, calculate rent, and prepare documents in accordance with Monroe policy and procedures under the Community Manager's direction. Maintain resident and property files, manage waiting lists, and ensure accurate reporting for various agency and program requirements. Audit the property for LIHTC, MOR, and other reviews while ensuring compliance with EIV requirements. Work Monday through Friday with occasional weekends and evenings as needed. Valid driver's license and vehicle are required. Background check is contingent upon employment. Monroe Group manages 80+ affordable communities across 26 states.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Project-Based Section 8: 3 years
- LIHTC: 3 years
- Working Knowledge of Onsite or Yardi Software
- English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
- The ability to pass a full background check
- Participated in Management and Occupancy reviews and UPCS/REAC Inspections
- experience with resident-occupied project renovations
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Monday-Friday work schedule
- occasional weekends and evenings as needed
