Job Summary
Site Coach for Goodwill Southeast Georgia responsible for planning and delivering on-the-job training and orientation across retail and donated-goods operations. Conduct hands-on coaching, ensure completion of required training modules (including Orientation, OSHA, safety, and job-specific competencies), assess training needs with site leadership, and design tailored solutions. Maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment, measure progress with competency assessments and business metrics, and adapt training methods to diverse learning styles. Requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, travel to multiple sites, and stay aligned with safety, quality standards, and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring (preferred)
- Ability to travel to any location as required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (or ability to be insured under company policy)
