Job Summary
Site Coach responsible for facilitating on-the-job training for new hires and existing team across retail and donated goods facilities; provide hands-on coaching and support to help team gain proficiency in customer service, merchandising, inventory management, safety procedures, and quality standards; assess training needs with site leadership, develop action plans, and implement tailored solutions; administer competency assessments and ensure completion of required training modules (Orientation, OSHA, safety, and job-specific competencies) within designated timeframes; adapt training methodologies to diverse learners; maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment; travel to locations as needed and support training across multiple sites; require strong communication and leadership skills and a commitment to ongoing development; flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, or the ability to be insured under the company’s vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to travel to any location as required
