Site Civil Project Engineer

Job Summary
Oversee site civil efforts from concept through completion, including designing and supervising site layouts, grading, stormwater/drainage, infrastructure, and erosion control. Prepare stormwater management designs and reports, conduct hydraulic and hydrology analyses, and develop SWPPPs while managing workflows to ensure schedule and quality standards. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and government agencies to secure permits, oversee as-built documentation, and perform QA/QC reviews on civil plans. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and agency requirements across commercial, institutional, municipal, and residential sectors. Travel as necessary to support project execution and client meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or tenured professional in the civil engineering field with Bachelor's in a related engineering discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of site civil engineering experience with a variety of projects
- Professional Engineering (PE) license
- Proficient in Civil 3D and other stormwater design software
- Experienced in stormwater system design, hydraulic analysis, and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to make sound design decisions independently
- Travel as necessary to support project execution, client meetings, and company functions
