Job Summary
Site/Civil (Land Development) Project Engineer at ATCS in Largo, MD. Drive quality land-development design deliverables, develop innovative Civil 3D-based solutions, and manage client communications for diverse projects (mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, industrial). Requires a Civil Engineering bachelor’s, EIT and/or Maryland PE, 5–8 years of private-sector land development experience, familiarity with state/municipal design processes, and proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D; Maryland county experience (Charles, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, Montgomery). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT and/or Maryland PE
- 5-8 years of private-sector land development engineering experience
