Job Summary
Site/Civil (Land Development Engineering) Project Manager to lead diverse development projects in the Hampton Roads area. Responsible for managing and facilitating completion of mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial projects; developing innovative land development design solutions; fostering client relationships through frequent communications; mentoring and guiding project teams; delivering quality work on-time and on-budget; negotiating scopes and fees, and managing billing and collections. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Virginia P.E. license, 7–15 years of land development design experience, and proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D with a strong knowledge of SWM design and municipal development processes; experience in Virginia delivery is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- P.E. licensure in Virginia
- 7-15 years of land development design experience
- 2+ years of hands-on Project Management experience (a plus)
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D

- knowledge of state and local municipal design and development processes
