Job Summary
Site/Civil (Land Development Engineering) Project Manager needed to support Hampton Roads operations, managing diverse land development projects (mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, industrial), delivering on-time and on-budget design solutions, mentoring the project team, and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. Requires a Civil Engineering degree and Virginia P.E. license with 7–15 years in land development design, plus 2+ years PM experience. Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and SWM design knowledge, with experience in Virginia development processes and local municipal authorities. Hybrid work arrangement in Virginia Beach, VA with compensation in the $99k–$145k range plus a 2% annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Virginia
- 7 - 15 years of land development design experience
- 2+ years of hands-on Project Management experience (a plus)
- Strong client relationship skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D
- Experience in Virginia and Hampton Roads region preferred
