Job Summary
Lead and manage civil/site projects from concept through design and delivery, preparing and overseeing design for grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout. Perform and review engineering calculations, plans, specifications, and reports while serving as engineer of record to ensure strong QA/QC on all deliverables. Coordinate with architects, developers, and internal disciplines to support integrated project delivery, managing scope, schedule, and budget for on-time, on-budget performance. Mentor junior engineers and designers, participate in client meetings, and support proposal development. Requires active PE license, 4+ years of experience, and proficiency in Civil 3D. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Active PE license required (or ability to obtain within six months if applicable)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil/site design, land development, or civil infrastructure
- Strong experience with grading, drainage, and utility design
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and standard design tools
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with both private development and public-sector clients
- Familiarity with local permitting and regulatory processes
- Experience supporting business development or client relationship management
