Site Civil Engineer/Project Manager

Job Summary
Oversee site civil efforts from concept through completion, including design and supervision of site layout, grading, stormwater/drainage, infrastructure, and erosion control. Prepare stormwater management designs and reports, conduct hydraulic and hydrology analyses, and develop SWPPPs. Manage workflows to ensure schedule adherence and quality standards while performing QA/QC reviews on civil plans. Coordinate with permitting authorities to secure site-related permits and oversee as-built documentation through project closeout. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and government agencies to maintain compliance with local, state, and agency requirements. Travel as necessary to support project execution and client meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or tenured professional in the civil engineering field with Bachelor's in a related engineering discipline
- Minimum of 6 years of site civil engineering experience with a variety of projects
- Professional Engineering (PE) license, or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
- Proficient in Civil 3D and other stormwater design software
- Experienced in stormwater system design, hydraulic analysis, and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to make sound design decisions independently
- Travel as necessary to support project execution, client meetings, and company functions

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and agency requirements for all project phases
- Collaborate with clients, project team members, contractors, and government agencies as needed

- Perform QA/QC reviews on civil plans and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
