Job Summary
Lead engineering design for commercial and residential projects; develop site plans including grading, drainage, and stormwater management; coordinate with project managers on multiple concurrent projects; conduct site visits and investigations; create detailed design plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D; prepare cost estimates, specifications, and technical reports; design green infrastructure and utility distribution systems; contribute to team success through collaboration and knowledge sharing; growth potential through mentoring and advancement opportunities at our New Jersey headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- BSCE from ABET accredited program
- EIT certification (preferred)
- 4-6 years site/civil engineering experience
- Strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated professional with critical thinking abilities
