Job Summary
Carpenter to read blueprints, measure materials, cut and assemble lumber and other materials, perform rough framing and finish carpentry, install doors/cabinets, inspect and repair, handle loading/unloading materials, follow safety guidelines, use standard carpentry tools, read drawings, and work with forklift/telehandler equipment; Calgary, AB, Canada; remote option available; apprenticeship or 4+ years journey-level experience required; English proficiency and math skills emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a recognized apprenticeship or minimum of four years’ journey-level carpenter experience
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Certification and experience using a forklift & telehandler
- High school diploma; successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program
- Good knowledge of English
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines
