Site Budgeting and Contracting Specialist - FSP

Job Summary
Develop Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) using standard templates and information from Contract Information Sheets to ensure timely study start-ups. Liaise with legal departments to verify content changes are mutually agreeable and compliant with client-approved language. Generate site budgets based on final approved country budgets, researching medical procedure costs to provide accurate data for investigators. Manage contract tracking databases, reconcile document discrepancies, and post fully executed contracts in eFiliA and secure drives. Negotiate Master Services Agreements with institutions and directly with globally assigned sites regarding rate cards. Partner with site payment departments and startup teams to improve SB&C metrics and implement continuous improvement processes. Ensure annual template reviews with legal and maintain accurate paper trails for internal audits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of budget/contract negotiation experience at CRO level
- direct site facing experience
- experience building global budget templates
- Must have a Bachelors' degree or an equivalent scientific or commercial Higher Vocational education
- Must be site facing
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs
