Site Based Direct Service Respite Provider (DSRP)

Site-Based Direct Service Respite Provider (DSRP) will join a team to provide care and supervision for a small group of children at an office-based respite site, with services scheduled 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and one weekday. Responsibilities include supporting children, assisting with positive behavior and well-being, exercising good judgment, completing Respite Daily Logs within 24 hours, adhering to agency policies, and attending scheduled supervision, meetings, and trainings. Required abilities include understanding of normative child development, the ability to respond calmly to crises, and maintaining professional boundaries while working with children and families facing behavioral and emotional challenges.
