Site Assistant I

Site Assistant I at Clear Construction supports active residential construction projects with general labor, site coordination, deliveries, and logistics. Primary duties include assisting with job site setup/cleanup, material staging, operating hand and power tools, performing demolition and labor-intensive tasks, loading/unloading and transporting materials between job sites, tracking tools and equipment, and communicating with field teams about delivery timing and logistics. The role focuses on projects in Santa Barbara and surrounding areas, requiring a valid California driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. The position emphasizes safety-minded, organized, and efficient work across multiple job sites, with the opportunity to learn and grow under supervision of Superintendents and Project Managers.
