Job Summary
Unlock and lock jobsite doors, windows, and garages daily while conducting blower-door tests. Perform general site cleanup including material removal, sweeping, and organization. Maintain generators, temporary heaters, and air units, ensuring proper fueling and care. Operate light equipment, power tools, and machinery such as forklifts, high-reach lifts, and skid steers. Document all site activities with photos and observations. Provide daily oversight of subcontractors and manage interactions across various construction markets. Requires physical strength to lift 40-pound loads, valid driver's license, and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Required Qualifications

- Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete assignments in various locations on the jobsite
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and push and/or pull 40 pound loads at the same time
- Must be able to stand and walk and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching
- Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid Driver's License
