Site Agent/Sub Agent/Senior Engineer - Heavy civils

Job Summary
Lead site team supervision including subcontractors while monitoring activities against target programmes and site planning. Prepare and deliver daily site briefings, produce documentation such as RAMS and ITPs, and ensure compliance with SHEQ standards and the JGL Information Management System. Give formal communications to clients and subcontractors regarding Early Warnings and instructions, and attend site meetings to collaborate with the Client's team. Maintain adequate records including quality assurance documentation, daily diaries, and as built drawings. Ensure all works meet the Works Specification and are delivered safely.
Required Qualifications
- A BSc, MSc, or BEng level qualification in a Civil Engineering aligned subject
- The ability to work well within a dynamic, fast-paced team, whilst working autonomously
- The ability to prioritise a varied workload effectively
- Previous site experience in delivering projects to programme
- The ability to manage the installation of works to a high specification / quality
- The mindset to seek opportunities and problem solve with the design team and supply chain to identify programme and production opportunities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of working with heavy civils, shafts, microtunnelling
