Site Agent

Site Agent responsible for delivering schemes around Bournemouth, Poole and South Dorset, from tendering and design to construction, commissioning and handover. Lead projects with the design and commercial teams to improve delivery efficiency, manage risk, and ensure safety, on-time delivery within budget and to client quality standards. Involves site-level procurement, subcontractor logistics and H&S reporting; inform clients on progress and address concerns. Act as Temporary Works Coordinator ensuring compliance with design specs. Requires CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS and a civil engineering qualification or equivalent, plus strong organisation, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills, with a valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the region.
