Job Summary
As Site Agent, lead projects within the AMP8 framework for United Utilities, overseeing delivery from tendering and design through construction, commissioning and handover. Manage site operations to meet safety, time, budget and quality targets; oversee site-level procurement, subcontractor logistics and H&S reporting; inform the client on project progress and address concerns; act as Temporary Works Coordinator ensuring compliance with design specifications. Requires CSCS and SSSTS/SMSTS, a Civil Engineering degree or equivalent, strong organisation and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a valid driving licence with willingness to travel to sites across the regional operation. Required Qualifications
- CSCS
- SSSTS/SMSTS
- HNC / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Understand civil engineering principles and practices
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational region
