Job Summary
Lead site operations for a Pediatric PPEC facility as an RN-credentialed leader who will own day-to-day operational leadership (staffing, compliance, culture, family experience) while clinical leadership remains with the Director of Nursing. This role combines healthcare delivery with people leadership to shape how the site runs, backed by clinical oversight. Key responsibilities include staffing, budgets and scheduling, compliance, workflow optimization, and effective communication with families, staff, and partners, all within a Monday–Friday daytime schedule in a pediatric environment. A strong clinical background and exceptional communication skills are essential to establish credibility and drive a mission-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — non-negotiable
- 5+ years of administrative or healthcare management experience
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team
- Strong operational instincts - budgets, scheduling, compliance, and workflow
- Current CPR (Basic Life Support) is required
