Job Summary
Site Administrator RN role overseeing day-to-day operational leadership at a PPEC site, combining clinical credibility with people leadership. Reports to the clinical director; collaborates with families, staff, and external partners to maintain staffing, compliance, culture, and family experience. Monday-Friday daytime hours at 7140 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY; brand-new leadership role in a medically supervised pediatric environment with a clinical support structure and opportunity to shape site operations from the ground up.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- 5+ years administrative or healthcare management experience
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary team
- Operational budgeting, scheduling, and compliance experience
- Current CPR/BLS
- Strong communication skills
