Job Summary
Site Administrator at Maersk will support warehouse operations and administration across a fast-paced environment. You will monitor site consumables and place orders to prevent shortages, raise purchase orders, reconcile accounts payable invoices, liaise with suppliers, and manage payroll reconciliation and labour-hours analysis. You will assist with month-end processes, prepare and raise customer invoices, maintain site stock records, and provide administrative support to operations and the finance team. Additional duties include coordinating uniforms, supporting site engagement activities, and contributing to overall site performance and continuous improvement. Key skills include proficiency with MS Excel/Office (SAP experience desirable), strong planning and prioritisation abilities, attention to detail, effective communication across levels, and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in warehousing or 3PL environment
- Strong IT skills (MS Excel/Office); SAP desirable
- Self-starter with ability to manage regular deliverables and ad hoc tasks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
