Job Summary
Site Administrator to support the Ecogas Reporoa site, providing reception, office coordination and administration for an anaerobic digestion facility. Responsibilities include acting as first point of contact for visitors/contractors, coordinating site access and inductions, handling data entry and document management, maintaining site records and compliance documentation, maintaining maintenance and downtime records, coordinating meetings/travel/accommodation/catering, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, supporting procurement, fleet/site equipment health/safety/environment administration, and assisting with site sampling records. Ideal candidate has 2+ years in admin/office coordination, strong MS Office skills, excellent organisation and communication, and a proactive health and safety mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration or office coordination role
- NCEA Level 2 or higher, or equivalent
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
- Ability to manage records, documents and administrative systems accurately
- Confidence working with visitors, contractors, suppliers and internal teams
- A proactive approach to health, safety and environmental requirements

- Be eligible to work in New Zealand
