Job Summary
Site Activation Manager responsible for strategic, operational, and financial delivery of site activation across studies and regions, leading start-up and lifecycle activities from pre-award through activation in compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements. Drives site identification/selection, regulatory submissions, contracts, and essential documents, while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to accelerate study start-up, manage timelines and budgets, and support bid defense and client engagement. Requires senior leadership experience in international clinical research, strong program and stakeholder management skills, and a track record of delivering multi-regional start-ups on time and within scope.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in clinical research
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven international project experience across multiple regions
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead through others and maintain cross-functional relationships
- Regulatory submissions, approvals, contracts, and essential documents management
