Job Summary
Site Accountability and Improvement (SAI) Specialist for STARS program at Barrow-in-Furness. Frontline role responsible for access-control tasks, inventory checks, and data-record integrity, ensuring compliant, secure, and seamless service within a prestigious client site. Requires precise, professional delivery, ability to collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders, and a valid SIA licence (or willingness to obtain). 42 hours per week, Mon–Fri, in-person at Barrow-in-Furness, England, UK. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and security best practices are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an operational, coordination, or administrative role within a structured, compliance-led, or security-conscious environment
- Demonstrates an understanding of the importance of secure procedures, data protection, and access control protocols
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of working across multiple digital platforms and systems
- Holds or is willing to obtain a valid SIA licence
- Ability to obtain National Security Clearance
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Attention to detail with strong organisation and prioritisation in a dynamic environment
