Job Summary
Safely operate sit-down forklifts to load, unload, pick, and store products while conducting outbound load audits and correcting label discrepancies. Master pallet consolidation, replenish bays, and perform manual case picking when directed to ensure accurate shipping. Maintain warehouse flow by managing inventory within your training and expertise. This weekend AM shift runs Friday through Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. with a $1.50 shift differential. Join CJ Logistics Americas in Matteson, IL, where you'll support global supply chain operations for regulated industries including food, healthcare, and automotive.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
- Must have the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
- Must be able to safely operate sit-down forklift
- Must be able to load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets
- Must be able to conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
- Must be able to replenish products in the right bays
- Must be available for Friday – Sunday 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. schedule
- Must be able to jump in with manual case picking when directed
- Must be able to get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care
- Must be a true team player who works toward common goals
- Must bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day
- Must be reliable
