Job Summary
Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure and applications including servers, switches, and business software. Diagnose and resolve hardware and application failures by replacing components and soldering electronics. Administer Windows environments and manage network infrastructure through physical cabling. Provide on-site and remote technical support to users via AnyDesk or TeamViewer while assisting with printer and driver setup. Manage service desk tickets and maintain work-related documentation. This role requires a SSS or VŠS technician with basic electrical knowledge, English proficiency, and a driver's license. Required Qualifications
- SSS ili VŠS tehničkog smjera
- Osnovno znanje elektrotehnike, elektronike i računalnih tehnologija
- Osnovno znanje CMD-a i powershell-a
- Poznavanje rada u task scheduler-u i osnovno skriptiranje
- Napredno znanje engleskog jezika u govoru i pismu
- Vozačka dozvola
