Job Summary
Provide responsive, solutions-oriented support for Siras products and services, troubleshooting platform, user access, and data-related issues while managing client support requests. Guide clients on IEP workflows, data integrity, and compliance validations through demonstrations, onboarding, and training. Collaborate with internal teams on software testing, implementation, documentation, and process improvements. Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information while staying current on California Department of Education and DHCS regulatory guidance. Work full-time, 40 hours per week in a hybrid or remote arrangement, occasionally traveling for meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with K–12 educational entities, including school districts, county offices of education, charter schools, or related organizations
- Knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), special education processes, and applicable compliance requirements
- Strong customer service, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with technical systems while supporting non-technical users in a clear and patient manner
- Experience working with large data sets, data validation, and identifying or resolving data-quality issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to appropriately handle confidential student, client, and organizational information
- Ability to work a hybrid or remote schedule and travel occasionally for meetings, training, or conferences
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
