Hands-on SIP Panel Fabrication & Assembly Technician responsible for cutting, preparing and assembling SIP panels used in lodge construction; operate panel saws, routers, and spinal moulders; maintain quality control and safety; contribute to setup and development of future SIP manufacturing processes; collaborate with production, design, and installation teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in construction, joinery, carpentry, or modular building assembly
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and measurements
- Familiarity with hand tools and workshop machinery
- Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong team ethic and ability to follow safety procedures
- Physically capable of lifting panels and standing for extended periods
