SIOP Operation Manager

Job Summary
As SIOP Operation Manager, you will lead and develop the SIOP competence team to act as the engine of the BA's operational SIOP processes, ensure efficient and timely data, KPI, and report provisioning, and execute transactions in relevant systems. You will participate in SIOP and related meetings, focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements, and drive alignment on standard processes, timing, and systems/tools. You will manage workload to meet SLA agreements, establish escalation processes for bottlenecks, and build a strong cross-functional network across BAs, collaborating with GS SCM and leveraging Smart SCM technologies (AI) to harmonize processes. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 7+ years of data analytics, leadership capability, process/system design experience, and strong communication skills. You will work in a hybrid office in Fairlawn, OH, United States, and must have legal work authorization without visa sponsorship. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in SCM, Economics/Business or related field
- 7+ years of Supply Chain and/or Financial data analytics
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Experience in designing, implementing & operating processes & systems
- Ability to manage projects in an international/global context
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Hands-on approach when working across the organization
