Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end SIOP process on a monthly cadence, orchestrating Sales, Inventory, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to align on demand and supply plans. Facilitate cross-functional meetings, maintain data sources of truth, and drive gap analyses to identify risks and mitigation strategies like alternate sourcing or demand shaping. Partner with data science teams to design analytics platforms and implement playbooks that advance SIOP maturity across plants and distribution networks. Provide executive-level reporting on scenarios and tradeoffs while coaching planners on metrics and best practices. Operate onsite in Torrance, CA, with a salary range of $133,580 to $212,160 USD for levels S06-S07.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 5 – 8+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, supply planning, production planning, program management, or S&OP/SIOP leadership within advanced manufacturing, electronics, aerospace, medical devices, or related technology intensive sectors
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive decisions cross-functionally and at all levels of an organization (executive leadership to execution teams)
  • Experience leading impactful cross-functional projects involving data and business processes
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced planning or analytics tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, o9, Power BI, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of key supply chain concepts: forecasting, capacity planning, inventory optimization, leadtime management, and product lifecycle management
  • Growth mindset with a track record of building or maturing processes, not just operating in steadystate environments
  • Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments with imperfect data and time-constrained decisions
  • Systems thinker who sees end-to-end value streams and can simplify complex data and business planning processes into high level visuals and discussions for decision-making
  • Datadriven and highly analytical, comfortable challenging assumptions and using facts to resolve conflicts
  • Strong collaborator who breaks down functional silos and creates shared ownership of the plan
