SIOP Analyst

Job Summary
SIOP Analyst responsible for developing and maintaining integrated demand and supply plans for data center hardware, components, and infrastructure; facilitate monthly SIOP cycles including demand and supply reviews and executive S&OP meetings; analyze demand signals from sales, capacity planning, and customer forecasts to build consensus demand plans; monitor inventory levels of servers, networking gear, power/cooling equipment and flag risks like excess, obsolescence, or shortages; collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Engineering, Capacity Planning, Finance, and Commercial to resolve supply-demand imbalances; build and maintain planning models and dashboards to provide visibility into KPIs (forecast accuracy, plan attainment, inventory turns, lead times); identify and quantify risks and opportunities and recommend scenario-based mitigation strategies; drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and data quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in demand/supply planning, S&OP, or supply chain analytics
- Strong proficiency in Excel and planning/BI tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Power BI, Tableau)
- Solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals — lead times, safety stock, MRP logic
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills; ability to present insights to senior leadership
