Job Summary
Senior Trust Administrator in a Single Family Office with a hybrid work arrangement. Lead trust and client relationships, oversee day-to-day administrative activities, and collaborate with accounting and tax professionals. Draft and review discretionary distributions and annual account reviews, onboard new trusts into the Private Trust Company (PTC), prepare committee materials, and help refine trust administration processes. Manage cash flow projections for family trusts, coordinate tax compliance and filings, and contribute to beneficiary education and internal communications.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in trust administration or trust and estate planning
- Bachelor’s degree required
