Simulator Instructor

Provide early-stage Flight Instruction in a Full Flight Simulator and conduct occasional ground instruction for Initial, Upgrading, and Transitioning PSA Pilots. Schedule training sessions with the Check Airman Supervisor and Flight Training Administration to ensure early-stage training progresses well with records retained properly. Maintain departmental goals and policies by keeping procedures up to date while adhering to Company Standard Operating Procedures. Manage Student Training Records and oversee the Security and Safety Management System (SMS) outputs. Complete required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and drug screen.
