Job Summary
Lead the mechanical assembly team on the workshop floor, organizing daily operations to meet production schedules while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Train and mentor staff to build their skills, then drive continuous improvements in work methods and productivity. Perform quality inspections, resolve manufacturing issues with Engineering, and manage resourcing, rosters, and production reporting. Establish solid work procedures, assembly instructions, and documentation to ensure compliance with WHS laws. Report to the Manufacturing Manager in Malaga, Perth, with a salary of $102,000–$107,000 plus super.
