Job Summary
Simulation Training Instructor/Operator supports ARNG Training & Range Support, delivering hands-on simulation/gunnery training across TADSS platforms (EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES) and providing operator training/certification, Ground TADSS functions, and nationwide exercise support. Responsibilities include ensuring equipment readiness and instructional materials, drafting policy standards, coordinating system development and fielding, utilizing TS-MATS to support ARNG training programs, and contributing to CRX rotations and major exercise support. Requires experience with multiple TADSS, DoD training doctrine, and the ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance; travel to numerous Army facilities across the United States and territories is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS
- Experience as an instructor/staff/cadre member
- Experience operating EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES, UGT-I or equivalent TADSS
- DoD SECRET clearance eligible
- Valid licensing/training to operate Government Owned or Leased Vehicles and/or forklift machinery (as required)
