Job Summary
Simulation Training Instructor/Operator supports Army National Guard Training and Range Support for TADSS, RVTP, and SRP across multiple U.S. locations. Responsibilities include hands-on simulation and gunnery training (EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES), operator training/certification, ground TADSS tasks, nationwide exercise support, doctrine research, development/revisions of POIs and lesson plans, ensuring systems are operational before classes, troubleshooting operational issues, drafting policy standards, participating in TADSS training, coordinating system development and fielding, utilizing TS-MATS, DIAP procedures, technical integration and training of ARNG TADSS, and surge support for major exercises; travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS
- Experience as an instructor/staff/cadre member
- Experience in employing Armor and Infantry TADSS in live training for Active, Reserve, and National Guard elements
- Technical knowledge of TC-20.31, Training and Qualification Crew
- Experience operating TADSS such as EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES, UGT-I
- Valid licensing and training to operate Government Owned or Leased Vehicles and/or forklift machinery
- Clearance: DoD SECRET
