Job Summary
Simulation Training Instructor/Operator supports ARNG Training & Range Support, delivering TADSS-based simulation and gunnery training nationwide, ensuring systems are operational, delivering operator training/certification, performing Ground TADSS functions, and providing surge support for major exercises; responsibilities include curriculum/POI development, doctrinal research, DIAP procedures, system integration, and transfer of tacit knowledge to unit personnel across multiple states.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS
- Experience as an instructor/staff/cadre member
- Experience employing Armor and Infantry TADSS in live training for Active, Reserve, and National Guard elements
- Technical knowledge of TC-20.31, Training and Qualification Crew
- Experience operating EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES, and UGT-I TADSS
- Valid licensing and training required to operate Government Owned or Leased Vehicles and/or forklift machinery
- Desirable but not required: Abrams, Bradley, Stryker, Master Gunner and Senior Gunner qualification
- DoD SECRET clearance
