Job Summary
Simulation Training Instructor/Operator supporting ARNG Training & Range Support across multiple field sites, providing hands-on training with TADSS, EST, CFFT, VCOT, and MILES, developing and updating lesson plans and POIs, ensuring equipment readiness, and coordinating with state units for major exercises including CRX; requires DoD SECRET clearance eligibility and fielding/installation knowledge across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS
- Experience as an instructor/staff/cadre member
- Experience operating TADSS (EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES, UGT-I)
- Ability to obtain DoD SECRET Clearance
