Job Summary
Simulation Training Instructor/Operator for ARNG Training & Range Support program delivers hands-on simulation and gunnery instruction across multiple TADSS platforms (EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES) and supports nationwide exercises. Responsibilities include providing training and certification, performing Ground TADSS functions, coordinating and synchronizing system development for fielded devices, drafting and updating lesson plans and POIs, ensuring equipment readiness, delivering surge support for major exercises, and transferring knowledge to unit personnel. Requires instructional experience, TADSS technical knowledge, and DoD SECRET clearance eligibility; travel to numerous locations nationwide is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS
- Experience as an instructor/staff/cadre member
- Experience operating TADSS such as EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES, UGT-I
- Valid licensing and training to operate Government Owned or Leased Vehicles and/or forklift machinery
- DoD SECRET clearance eligibility
