Job Summary
The Simulation Technologies Program Coordinator collaborates with CHHS faculty and external partners to design, develop, implement, and evaluate experiential learning activities that utilize advanced robotic patient simulators, Elevate Healthcare AV recording technology, and XR technologies (e.g., Anatomage VR Anatomy Tables, Intulect VR) to support undergraduate and graduate student experiential learning in anatomy, physiology, adult health, maternal/newborn health, and pediatric health. They oversee daily technical readiness of the simulation center, including the medical air compressor system and ancillary medical/IT equipment (IV pumps, laptops, ventilators, etc.), and report to the Director of the Henson Medical Simulation Center. The role involves managing the technical operations, contributing to teaching health sciences coursework, and applying learning technologies to simulate clinical scenarios. Preferred qualifications include expertise in learning management systems and Certification in Health Simulation Education. This is a full-time, exempt Contingent II position with priority to applications by 07/01/2026; open until filled; located at Salisbury University in Maryland.
Required Qualifications
- A master's degree in a health science related field
- 3 or more years of developing and implementing experiential learning activities using advanced technologies
- Evidence of research & scholarship
