Job Summary
Simulation Engineer responsible for designing and developing high-fidelity computer-based models of material-handling systems using Siemens Plant Simulation. Drive experiments to test and refine control strategies, create sizing tools for technologies, and document outcomes. Lead and collaborate with internal and external simulation resources across R&D, solution development, and project execution teams to standardize solutions and support competitive offers. Will communicate simulation results and recommendations to internal and external customers, ensuring alignment with Dematic’s product offerings and technology portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Natural Sciences, or related field
- Several years of experience in simulation project execution
- Proficient Siemens Plant Simulation
- Programming skills in Python, Java, C, or C#
- Experience leading project teams
- Excellent English communication skills
Desired Qualifications
