Job Summary

Coordinate simulation-based training sessions, workshops, and events, including scheduling Standardized Patients and managing Trumba calendars and room reservations. Assist in developing case training materials, conduct coaching sessions for Standardized Patients, and prepare simulation labs before each session. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, monitor the Simulation Center website, and collaborate with educational leaders and stakeholders. Participate in professional development conferences and organizational activities relevant to simulation education. Maintain simulation records and resources to ensure high-quality experiences. This role supports the KUSM-Wichita Simulation Center's mission to improve lives through innovation in education and healthcare.

Required Qualifications

  • Four (4) years of project coordination or event coordination experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, healthcare administration, communications, or related field
  • Experience working in higher education or healthcare
  • Experience with scheduling software, database management, or learning management systems
