Job Summary
Operates heavy equipment to move, load, and transport materials such as aggregates, soil, or other bulk products in support of manufacturing operations. Conducts pre-shift inspections, performs routine equipment maintenance (greasing, fluid checks, visual inspections), and drives company vehicles to worksites. Operates a range of machinery including loaders, backhoes, skid steers, and excavators; maintains a clean, safe, and organized worksite; assists with manual labor tasks such as cleanup and material handling; must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving history required
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment
- Front end loader experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of safe heavy equipment operation
