Job Summary
Support a financial institution client on structured products matters for a six-month interim assignment. Deliver legal work within a dynamic, fast-moving environment while managing tight deadlines and prioritizing workloads autonomously. Collaborate with a Simmons & Simmons sponsoring Partner and client team, utilizing the firm's resources and Know-how. Engage regularly with the client team and participate in firm training and development opportunities. Access exclusive networking events and firmwide webinars as an Adaptive consultant.
Required Qualifications
- You are a qualified lawyer
- You will have significant structured products experience
- You will have experience working in a financial institution
- You are a problem solver
- You offer a collaborative approach
- You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment
- You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
