Job Summary
Support clients with HR advisory, drafting and reviewing contracts and policies, and managing disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues. Advise on redundancies, restructures, TUPE, and discrimination matters, while handling employment tribunal claims, settlement negotiations, and client training on employment law best practice. This interim role requires a qualified employment lawyer with solid private practice or in-house experience to work autonomously on full-time or part-time, office-based, hybrid, or fully remote assignments. Visa sponsorship is not available.
