Job Summary
Bid on and accept pre-scheduled rides for older adults and people with disabilities in Louisville, KY. Provide door-through-door specialized service for medical appointments, shopping, and social visits during Mon-Fri 6-11am, 2-6pm, and Sat/Sun 6am-2pm. Maintain your own credentials including drug testing, DOT physical, defensive driving course, and fingerprints while operating a 2015 or newer four-door vehicle. Earn $24/hour plus a $200 bonus with your first payment, with occupational accident insurance available.
Required Qualifications
- Age 21+
- 3+ years driving experience
- KY license (or 3+ years out-of-state experience)
- Clean driving record (max 2 violations in 3 years)
- Fluent English
- Compassionate attitude
- Drug testing
- DOT Physical (medical certificate)
- Defensive Driving course completion
- Fingerprints
- Accommodate clients who are traveling with service animals
- Valid U.S. driver's license for at least 3 years
- Clean driving record: no DUI/DWI charges
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
