Job Summary

Assistant Store Manager at Parachute leads daily store operations in partnership with the Store Manager, recruits and develops a high-performing team, coaches and trains staff, and drives store sales while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The role also covers inventory/operations governance, visual merchandising adherence, community outreach planning, and ensuring store KPI achievement, with a focus on upholdING Parachute’s brand standards and culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail leadership in a retail management, hospitality, showroom management environment
  • Education - High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with hiring, training and leading a team
