Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Parachute leads daily store operations in partnership with the Store Manager, recruits and develops a high-performing team, coaches and trains staff, and drives store sales while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include hiring decisions and onboarding, staffing and scheduling to maximize payroll efficiency, coaching for performance, maintaining product knowledge, and leveraging CRM/data tools to build customer relationships. The role also covers inventory/operations governance, visual merchandising adherence, community outreach planning, and ensuring store KPI achievement, with a focus on upholdING Parachute’s brand standards and culture.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail leadership in a retail management, hospitality, showroom management environment
- Education - High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with hiring, training and leading a team
